The FREEDOM Package

Connect with your coach on a one-to-one basis, twice every month for focused 30-minute meetings (via phone, video chat, or in-person).  I'll ask you questions & get you organized around your goals and establish structures to help you along the way.  We'll keep the big picture of your whole life in focus.  Action plan creation relevant to your goals.  This program is best for individuals who require a highly structured relationship with additional accountability for attaining goals.  You will create a detailed game plan and work to enforce completion dates. 

 

Frequency:  Two 30-minute meetings per month, month to month. 

Format:  1:1 meetings via in-person, phone, or video chat

 

The POWER Package 

 

**Most popular program** Connect with your coach on a one-to-one basis twice every month for focused and powerful 60-minute meetings (via phone, video chat, or in-person). Gain clarity, clearing and strength relevant to your personal goals.  This program is best for individuals who are ready to make important shifts in order to thrive in all areas of their life. You will create a detailed focus plan, work to make internal and external transformations, celebrate accomplishments, and receive guidance to help move powerfully through change. We'll look at finding ways to do more things that you are passionate about, create more balance in your life, re-center your chi, create more ways to be healthier, happier and have more energy, more fulfilling and positive relationships, and create a long term lifestyle that fits who you uniquely are in this world. 

 

Frequency:  Two 60-minute meetings per month - 3 months.

Format:  1:1 meetings via in-person, phone, or video chat

 

The MAGIC Package  

 

Connect with your coach on a one-to-one basis, twice every month for 10 focused 60-minute meetings (via phone, video chat, or in-person).  Create a blueprint to your highest self pathway and heart-centered action plans to move you more quickly towards your highest goals.  This program is best for individuals who prepared to think outside of the box often, take safe risks that honor their highest self and move strategically with additional accountability for achieving personal goals.  You will create a detailed focus point plan, work to realize your dreams big and small, highlight each accomplishment, and receive guidance through breakdowns and breakthroughs.  

 

Frequency:  Two 60-minute meetings per month - 6 months.

Format:  1:1 meetings via in-person, phone, or video chat

 

The ACCOUNTABILITY Progam  

 

It is challenging to reach any goal or achieve a certain result when you are only accountable to yourself. This program is designed to keep you on track, focused and excited about achieving your goals. It's action-oriented and we will definitely celebrate your wins!  Something magical happens when you are not only accountable to someone else, but to the big vision of what you want your life to really be; more fulfilled, enriched, positive and thriving!  

 

 Client results may vary may include one or all of the following: increased productivity and optimism, general sense of a larger purpose, progress and improved healthy habits and time management.

 

If you are considering making changes in your life and want to close the gap between thinking about doing something to actually taking action on it, the Accountability Program is for you.

 

Frequency:  Accountability check-ins twice daily - 60 days.

Format:  1:1 meetings via phone or video chat

 

Personal Training

Whether you are a seasoned veteran of a healthy lifestyle and fitness goer or in a state of health where you need to get active, eat towards your goals and increase the overall quality of your life, I will help you get there.  My style of training is dynamic, effective, fun and efficient -- you will get to your goals, period.

 

 Client results may vary may include one or all of the following: weight released, body confidence, inner confidence,  functional movement education, increased energy, increased strength, flexibilty, motivation and life transformation.

 

If you are considering making physical and mental changes in your life and want to stop thinking about it and actually start doing it, this training is for you.

 

Frequency:  30 minute & 60 minute trainings offered.

Format:  1:1 meetings via phone or video chat or private gym space.
